Hi Team, 

i need to create a report based on the below criteria.

 

No. Of resolved incident that were reopened/repeated.

 

please share me the report screenshot.

Hi @Garvit1 ,

Create a Report with Incident table & choose condition reopen count greater than 0, you will get the results.

@Community Alums if i want to show only for today, do i need to add resolved on today or some other condition and also i want to see who resolved the ticket initinally.

Resolved today?  That's easy man, just .... Resolved On Today
You can't get the very first resolved by because Resolved Date and Resolved By are made null when you re-open an Incident.

What is the SPIRIT of this report?   What do they intend to use the results for?

@Uncle Rob they would want to check, reason for reopened is agent not provided the sufficient resolution that's why ticket reopened and who resolved the ticket initially.
