Not able to see the Knowledge blocks in the self service article.

Hi Team,
When I view an article in the knowledgebase in the self-service,
Then I see: I do have the capability to add Knowledge blocks.
I have Enable checkbox related to blocks in the knowledge base, even though i cant see knowledge blocks, in the
self-service> knowledge > opened the respective Knowledge base > Article.
How to achieve this.
