Notify Assignment Group when new case created or reassigned

However unable to trigger the notification.

Hi @harishbabu20 ,

Make sure Assignment group contains member or not, if Assignment group is empty then notification will not be triggered.

you can add one more condition "Assignment group is not empty". If you are using email script in message body, make sure that email script is working fine.

Check wether the assignment group 'Group email' field is filled if not check whether the include member is checked,

Check the email logs once whether the notification is coming or not, by adding subject field from personalise you can check whether your notification is triggering then you can debug what went wrong.

1. Make sure Assignment group contains members

2. Check whether the  'Group email' field in Assignment Group is filled 

3. In email logs you can check whether the notification is working or not

System Logs>>Emails

 4.On the 'who will receive' tab, when you click into 'Users/Groups' you can dot walk into 'assignment group'
