Hello,
We are currently implementing Now Assist and I am having issues with the chat box's branding. It is not accepting any changes to the colors that I make. I believe everything is configured correctly because when I change the icon or chat header, it makes the update. Any advice on what the issue is would be much appreciated. Thanks!
