OAuth Application Limited to Domain

I am currently looking to use the Microsoft Connector in Copilot Studio to connect to our domain separated instance in ServiceNow. 

Is there a way to limit the scope of the OAuth Application Registry I'm using for authentication to a single Domain?

Is this an inbound integration? If so, the permissions will be inherited from the user the application registry is using.
