Hi Community,

Is there any document that has OOTB columns/fields of incident, like "number, "caller", explained? If yes, please send my way.

Thanks in advance

Hello Sree,

Navigate to System Definition > Tables & Columns to view the Tables & Columns foto get list of OOTB field for any table.   Generally, customer-extended fields are prefaced by "u_"

This is one thing I wish was better about Docs.  Docs is a far more Descriptive posture than wiki was (wiki was far more focussed on HOW).  But despite that, one of the hardest things to do on Docs is get a list of OOB fields and their intended use.

Might be faster to list the fields you don't know the intent of and maybe we can build a little forum KB article here.
