We currently have an Out-of-the-Box (OOB) configuration that allows us to create Opsgenie alerts from ServiceNow incidents. However, we need to extend this functionality to allow Opsgenie alerts to be created from ServiceNow Cases as well.
Please give idea/suggestion to build this case
