According to this page Virtual Agent URL parameters (servicenow.com) in the ServiceNow documentation it is possible to pass in some initial search text when initiating a new connection using the sysparm_search_text parameter. This doesn't seem to work when opening a new URL with this parameter. The window just opens but doesn't start the chat with the search criteria. It just opens a new window.
What we are trying to do is open a new VA chat window, go directly to a live agent and provide the initial summary of the requesters issue. Does anyone know how to do this with a URL?
