Platform Analytics Filtered Pivot Table dropping Columns

I have a PAR dashboard with a Pivot table on it.  This table uses 3 data sources to create 5 columns as seen in the first screen shot.  Columns 1 and 3, and 2 and 4 are the using the same data set with different time series aggregates.  Everything works as intended when looking at the full data set.  However, if we apply a filter based on the Assignment Group, the data and the headers no longer align.  Because column 2 has no data, the remaining data is shifting over one column instead of putting in a 0.  The Total row still shows in the correct order, but is no longer showing Column 5 because of the shift.  All of the Indicators used in this table are also set to post 0 when null.

I can't find any settings either on the pivot table, the dashboard, the formula indicators or the underlying indicators that impact this behavior.  Does anyone know what I can change to ensure that all the columns are always populated on a filtered Pivot Table?  Current version is  Yokohama Patch10 Hotfix1.

Thanks.
