Hello,
There is a regular, live report on Platform Analytics. Nothing spectacular.
However, some users see the error as below. I have no clue what can be wrong. No logs. No error messages. Unavailability to debug. Anyone got idea?
"Unable to display content
An unexpected issue occurred. Refer to product documentation or contact support for more information."

Well, that's true. I've went through the process with SN Support, and they don't know the real cause. What I've done, and works, was providing extra report_view ACL on tables to be accessible for pa_viewer. But you know why this all makes confusion?
Because there IS a special message that tells you about missing report_view ACL. In this case for any reason it says it's unexpected.
Unfortunately, support has responded to me, that I can report this as an ENHANCEMENT to the platform, even though it's clearly a bug :')
tl;dr provide report_view ACL to snc_internal / pa_viewer and you're good to go

I also have colleagues reporting that same "Unable to display content" message. In this case, one colleague is does not have a fulfiller role (like 'itil').
