Could you please help me with removing the “Priority” text from the Playbook?

In the standard ServiceNow navigation, type sys_pd_activity_definition.list and press Enter.

Find and open the Activity Definition used for this card (e.g., "User Form", "Create Record", or the specific custom activity name).

Look for the Experience or UI Component tab.

Find the configuration for the Card View or Card Template.

Look for a property called fields, secondary_fields, or a generic metadata map.
-
Remove priority from that list/configuration.
