Portal search is not working for knowledge articles

I have created few knowledge bases in servicenow and created few knowledge articles and added knowledge bases. But while im trying to search those knowledge articles in service portal im getting zero results but i can search old articles whose knowledge base is not one of the my created Knowledge bases.

yes @Prasanna_Patil  i have added, on service portal under knowledge base widget i can see all knowledge base and related articles but if im searching those articles they are not appearing
