Predictive Intelligence training stuck, waiting for training and then Configuration OR Network Error

The above is the snippet of the demo dataset being used to train ( Count is 30000), i tried to train the Predictive Intelligence to predict the category based on the input from short description but i am faced with the issues where it shows Waiting For Training and then it changes to Configuration or Network Error. 

The ServiceNow Documentation support which i referred said that it may be because of an incorrect Glide callback instance URL, i searched the dictionary but could not find glide.servlet.uri for configuration.

did you ever figure out the solution to this, im still stuck on this with the same problem. not sure if it has something to do with my data

Last when i checked is found that we can only train a model with the data only on a PROD instance. since i couldnt get my hands on a PROD instance i left it.
