Provide acces to non-itil users to view incident ticket details on service portal page

Hello Community!
I am trying to let non-itil users view specific incidents assigned to certain assignment group on portal page using standard ticket widget. However non-itil users are getting ACL restricts while viewing the page.
I tried creating new ACLs on table and field level read access for non-itil users, still having the same issue. Am not expert in customizing widgets.
Hope community can help me on this.
