Record producer not populating values on HR case

Hi experts,

We have a record producer, which submits a HR case. All varibles have been populated to HR case description and HR service is also mapped. This was working fine and moved to UAT.

After UAT testing, we made some enhancement changes in dev. Now after submitting form, HR case is created but variables values are not populated on case.

Why is this happening?

Hi @si21 If you revert your recent changes back does it work?
