Records not getting saved in training instance, chat feature is poorly designed resulting in overlap

Hi,

 

I am using training instance and for some unknown reason I am unable to create new service offering. After saving the record, I did not find that record in list. Moreover, when trying to use chat feature for help, it is just showing limited options and overlapped between course page.

Whom to reach in case of issue with lab instance?
