Regarding making variable text bold

Hello,

How should i make the variable set in question field of type checkbox as   Project Number not found / Multiple Project Numbers / Not Applicable / Unknown (enter manual note) in which only  (enter manual note) this part should be made bold. This should be displayed on the portal or catalog item form. 

    Attached is the screenshot of client script written. Please suggest on this.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

 Only some last part of variable has to be made in bold not the whole variable field. I tried using different methods still not worked.
