RegEX to validate multiple IP Range and multiple IP Subnets

Hi all,

Can someone please help me with Regex to validate multiple IP ranges and IP Subnets.

Example : 

IP range --> 10.0.0.10-10.0.0.100,10.0.0.10-10.0.0.100
IP subnet --> 10.0.0.10/32,10.0.0.10/32
