Related list not displayed in tabbed form even after the tabbed form switch is true.

Related list on the change request form is not getting displayed in tabbed form even after the tabbed form switch is set to true and user preferences system is true and user is empty. Please let me know what needs to be done in this situation ?

@akhilthebeast01  oh then you better raise a HI ticket as i can see for ui15 there is an ongoing issue but not sure about UI16,

Hi @akhilthebeast01 ,

Navigate to User Preference  and find the preference called 'tabbed.forms'  Where the USer field is blank (if the row doesnt exist then create one)

And save the value as true 

Save

Once you do this you are setting the default preference for all users, unless they change it this is what will apply to them

I have checked user preference also everything is present as you mentioned. But still no effect.
