Report of all RITMs and their associated tasks

I have multiple open RITM's, where I need to fetch tha status of their associated child RItms status in a report, (i can't say the child ritm's will be only having 'task' they have 'change' as well and might be other tasks)

Hi @RahulPeddinti , 

Create a Database View combining :- RITM, Catalog Tasks  and Changes   

and then create reporting on that table that will solve your issue.

Hi @nawalkishos, exactly i don't know what type of child tasks are present for open RITMs, because there are few hundreds of records which I can't check their class type, to make a database view

but is it child RITMs, catalog task or others task types that you need to fetch?

It's of child RItM task, which can have different classes like problem, change, or incident.
