Response and Resolution Time Reports
Average Response Time: Measures the time taken to respond to a ticket initially.
Average Resolution Time: Measures the time taken to resolve a ticket from the moment it was logged.
Need to calculate above report need best approach as, I don't have performance analytics plugin
