When we create a report in pie chart or bar chart and click on it we can see the related data is list view. But users can modify the filter to show all data as well! But if the same report we create in list view on a dsashboard we don't see filter and cannot modify it we can see only the data present in the report.

Ask from client is if we can restirct the same for users to not use filters when we click on report of pie or bar chart.

Anyone can help?

You can manage it via drilldowns.

Click on the Report structure Icon beside the report name (screenshot below)

Create a new drilldown and report type as 'List'.

Save the drilldown.

If you make it so that when they click on the pie chart they get a drill down list report then they will not be able to modify the filter.

Hi @Burhan2
Yes, you can restrict users from modifying filters when clicking pie/bar chart reports. ServiceNow provides two native approaches to lock down report drill-down views.
Dashboard Report Widget

Dashboard > Report Widget > Advanced:
Widget Type: Report (Static)
Interactive Filter Support: No
Content Mode: Fixed
User Filter Override: Disabled

Widget Configuration:
- Follow Interactive Filter: false
- Allow Filter Changes: false
- Show Report Controls: false

Hi @SinghShailendra ,

I checked the dashboard and i don't see any option in the report which you mentioned
