Hello everyone!
i'm working on a new request survey satisfaction and i' have a probleme with my trigger of this survey.
As you can see here i add a new survey trigger condition :
A- New request :
B - Trigger condtion :
2_ I have created the new Notification for survey satisfaction:
3 - Email script notification for this notification :
The problem that the requested for doesn't recieve the survey on his portal when the request is closed as you can see in this picture :
Can anyone tell me where is the probleme please?

did the survey triggered and create entry into the assessment instance table for that person?
