Resolver clicks on Reply/Reply All from activity log

Currently when a resolver clicks on Reply/Reply All from activity log, the send option is greyed out and no user details are displayed in the To. but some condition it is working and some condition it is not working when i click on reply/reply All.

Probable cause could be -

1. Check your Read & Write ACL and its role  to read first and then write the email activity log.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
when i click on reply and reply all then to is empty and send email button is grey out in this senario it is not working and some other senario it working fine. i think due to email address domain it is not working given in screnshot. also provide me servicenow document link
