Response Templates Email

Hi all , 

In Response Templates email will be sent notes will updated not, Now i have template mail will sent but not shown in notes/ activities. i have want notes will updated if Response Templates email sent.

it's OOTB behavior and you might have to see if some custom solution can be applied there

I will recommend not doing this requirement
