restrict access to change template for access group(this is list collector variable 0

Hi Team,

We have created the customized field, access owner list collector variable to store multiple groups , which will be selected while creating the standard template.

After creation only who is in the groups should be accessible to the templates as it is dynamic we cannot make use of available for , we cannot set each template available for manually, please let us know any other way to restrict the access to templates dynamically for only access group members.
