Rich text editor - Incorrect formatting

Hello Team,

I recently activated the Rich Text Editor on the portal side, but it is displaying in an incorrect format. Does anyone know the solution?

Hi @Aparna Gurav,

Can you expand a little on the text shown on screen that was entered into the 'Activities' please....

Did you enter the text with the HTML tags? Is your expectation for the Rich Text editor to honour the Rich Text?

So as to set expectation, the Rich Text editor available Out Of Box (OOB) when enabled simply provides end users to add multi line text, bold text or bullet points using the buttons provided.

It will not interpret html tags such as <li> or <b> and honour them.

I want any typed sentence or bullet points to be posted without HTML tags.

That's absolutely possible and default behavior. Just to clarify, my question was whether the text shown in your screen shot - did you enter it with the html tags, or this is what you see after you've leveraged the icons in the Rich Text editor that provide this functionality for you.
