Hello Experts,
I have a report with assignment groups, Now i want to get that scheduled based on the group to the respective manager. The report has 20 rows and each row has a assignment group with the incident count. I don't want to send the complete report to all the managers. I want to send only the respective assignment group incident count to the respective manager.
How can i do that ? Please advise.
