Segregate sets of variables into different sections within catalog item form

Hi Team, PFB screenshots of my catalog item form

I want to have these variables contained into different sections\blocks(Requestor Name till Approver as one separate block, CICA REQUEST till Reporting manager phone as another with CICA REQUEST heading in the middle, CICA REQUESTS till other as another block, Home Address till Personal email as another and finally Additional comments as another block). All of these should appear as different sections\blocks in the same form. Please help me with how I can achieve this. Thanks!

why not create variable set and add those variables in respective variable sets

then use Container Start and Container End to group them

Hi,

There is a container start and container end type of variable you can use to separate your content into separate sections.

You can achieve this via Catalog Builder and adding a new single column or two column container (depending on your preference). Once the container is created, you can add new, or drag and drop your existing variables into it:

Or, you can add the required Container Start and Container End variables directly into your variable list:

Below is an example of how this would look when accessing the request via the Service Portal using either of those methods:
