Is there CI mapping provision is available in service bridge? if not in which release can we expect?

Any questions on when something in the future may or may not be included on the platform, can best be asked through NowSupport or your account rep, even though they aren't too keen on sharing future features, because you never know if something ends up being more important.

But asking about future development on Service Bridge in the virtual agent forum on the Community is probably not the best place for this.
