Normal Change in Workspace Reverting to "Awaiting Technical Approval" After CAB Approval

We are facing an issue with Normal Change in ServiceNow Workspace. When creating a normal change via Native UI, the workflow behaves as expected — after all approvals (Technical, Service Owner, CAB), the change moves automatically to the Scheduled state.

However, when creating the same type of change via Workspace, after completing all required approvals (Technical, Service Owner, CAB), the change unexpectedly reverts back to "Awaiting Technical Approval" instead of progressing to the Scheduled state.

This behavior is inconsistent and seems to be specific to Workspace. We have verified that the approval flow is correctly configured and that all approvals are being registered.

Have you checked this record in the core view? What is the status there? Because then you know if it's workspace related or flow related. You mention that you created two changes and had a different outcome, depending on the view, but how do the same records look in the other view. That will really help in troubleshooting, since we don't have access to your system.

what's the field value in database or XML?
if it's correct then it means some client script or UI policy is clearing that when form is opened.

Did you check any business rule etc is clearing this?
