Is there a way to setup a dynamic form that users can submit via the ticketing system that they can fill out and submit as a ticket, e.g. a Manger needs to request certain access for specific applications. Instead of submitting an incident with all the specifics would it be possible for them to open a form with checkboxes that gets submitted as a complete request. Another example would be a new user request. Opena form in Service Now dynamically select everything that is needed then submit as an incident.
