Hi Experts,

I am trying to configure reports on mobile, I can add the report on the home screen but when I click on the report it does not show me the incident list.  

I have created a data item and added data item to the applet and configured it to the home screen of now mobile.

But while click on all unassigned tickets

It is taking me to a blank page, instead of showing me the incident list.

Any suggestions/solutions how can i resolve this issue.

 

Note: The same is happening when i configured All active tickets, which is seen above the All-active tickets
