Virtual Agent Microphone/Voice Option Missing in Branding and Settings

Hi Community,

I am trying to enable the Virtual Agent Voice (Speech-to-Text) microphone icon for a custom Service Portal chat widget, but the option seems to be completely missing from my instance.

Environment:

  • ServiceNow Version: Yokohama

  • Scope: Global

As per my knowledge it is available only for Now Assist panel. You can refer the release notes for more details:
