Service Portal - Hide user information on header menu.

Hi Every Body

How can i Hide user information on header menu ? 

Is there any possibility that the header menu may not be displayed or be displayed without any options, including the logo, on a portal built with Service Portal?

what's the business justification of this? It's OOTB feature and is related to the logged in person, why would you hide it from them?

You can hide any menu items but why the profile part?

The idea is for the form to be called from another corporate page. The idea is not to display the menu to avoid interactions.
