I am trying to make my assigned to field on a service portal form display only members of a specific group. Note this groups is NOT the Assignment Group but a custom group i created and added a few members into. Lets call this group "Custom App Employees Group"
I didnt want to have to make another post for this but i would also like to make my "claim" button appear on the service portal form for the same records from questions above.
For Context: I already have the claim button configured into the classic ui form, using UI actions but now i want it to also appear on the service portal form. Its supposed to give employees the ability to claim those records.
