Servicenow for Teams - Notifications - set custom portal for record card redirect

I have set up some notifications for ServiceNow for Teams with a content type of 'Record Card'.

The content and fields come through fine but there is a button that always redirects to '/sp', how do we redirect this link to a custom portal?

If you want to redirect all the link Teams Virtual Agent Notifications to custom Portal you can define the same in Default portal under "sys_cs_provider_application" table .

If you have Requirement to configure based on specific tables ,you have to configure based on below document.
