While I am trying to authorize servicenow, I am getting this error message ?? Don't know what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help me with this ??

Error 401 means your credential is not correct, validate client id and secret

I have checked it again and again there is something I am unable to figure out. 
client id and client secret,
authorization url,
grant type, all of this I have done already since the morning.
