ServiceNow Zendesk incident integration

Can any one help who already implemented this

1.I need to pass attachment into binary form from ServiceNow to Zendesk.
2.Zendesk will send attachments as a link in comments to ServiceNow how did we decode to attachment in ServiceNow.
