Set the Catalog Item variables of that particular case created in Flow designer

Hi ,

How do I set the values of the catalog item variables in Flow designer.

Requirement :

There is a flow with 10 approvals. After each Approval step , I have to Update the comments given by the approver in the variable of a created case. [Variables are on the case form which needs to be auto populated from the flow].

Please help !

@Sujatha V M , That link is for RITM ..but my requirement is for one of the case table.
