Show Ai agent by default in Now assist Panel

Hello All,

I have created an AI agent and I want to that agent to be selected when they click on plus and it show as below..Where we need configure it?

You can configure Now Assist AI agent shows by default when someone clicks the + in the panel by going into AI Agent Studio (via All > Now Assist AI Agents > Manage Use Case), editing the specific use case and setting your preferred agent as the default trigger or channel target.....

Try promoting the Agentic Workflow or AI Agent in Virtual Agent Designer.

Go to Virtual Agent > Designer. Select your LLM conversational assistant [Now Assist Panel - Platform (default)]. Locate the Asset (Agentic Workflow or AI Agent) that you want to promote, and then select right-click > Promoted, and it'll show up in the conversational assistant's list:

 

By default, Now Assist Panel will only show Agentic Workflows, and Now Assist for Virtual Agent will only show AI Agents. There are some properties that you can toggle to cross-discover between these two conversational assistants, but there is some dependency on which Now Assist AI Agents version you are on and what roles your user has.
