Show Open tickets with Percentage

Hi Team, 

i need to show the opened ticket in a % for e.g.- how much % tickets opened in last week/7 days VS how much % tickets resolved last week/7 days. 

Please help how can I achieve that.

Hi @Garvit1 ,

To calculate a percentage in reports you need to have Performance Analytics installed. Is this the case? If you are not licensed for Performance Analytics, then you will not be able to report in percentage according to your need.
