I am having issues with the SIR CISO Dashboard. I am trying to get the data to populate the visualizations however it is not working. The dashboard is empty and there is a lot of data in the SIR module. Why is this the case and how can I get the dashboard to populate? I have already looked through scheduled jobs to see if something needs to run to populate the dashboard but I did not find anything that made a difference. It says there is no scores available for teh indicators. How do I change this?
Do you have the PA(Performance Analytics) jobs running which can collect the data?
For ex, you can go to the indicator linked to this widget and see which job is associated to it and make sure it is active and running on a scheduled basis to collect data.
