It looks like the absolute minimum time is 1 second, which would look like

Duration: Days[0] Hours[0][0][1]

Hello @Akshay Pithore

Hello @Akshay Pithore,

In response to your question about the minimum time duration the survey link can be active, please note that it is controlled by the "scheduled period" field in the survey configuration.

You can find more details on this in the following KB articles:

  1. KB0564595 - Setting up survey triggers
This article explains how survey frequency and the repeat interval can be controlled. The repeat interval ensures that surveys are not sent repeatedly to users within a specified duration. You can find more details here: Setting up survey triggers - Support and Troubleshooting

  2. KB0855826 - Survey Expiration and Cancellation not working as expected
This article discusses how the "Expiration Date" field for surveys is determined, based on the scheduled period in the Survey Definition. For example, if the scheduled period is set to "No Limit," the expiration date is set to the current date, while setting it to "Weekly" will result in an expiration date 7 days after creation. You can check the details here: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0855826

I hope this helps!
