SLA Definition | Type and Target not visible

Hi All,
We have created custom sla definition and de-active OOTB one.
Now issue is that, Type and Target fields are not visible when we are in global domain, but visible in child domains.

Hi Milind,
These are the fields on the SLA defintion. Are you ensure the fields 'Target' & 'Type' have some value.

The fields 'Target' & 'Type' have values and while creating custom SLA we have given those.

What do you see when you open the task_sla record itself. It's weird, because you are still on incidents and this is something most ServiceNow customers do: create their own SLA definitions.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
