Out of the Box SLAs for incident table is not found on my instance. Is there any plugins to bring the OOB SLAs for incident table?

Hi @Narmadha PR,

The 'Service level management' plugin provides the core SLA functionality including definitions. To answer your question re using or activating a plugin, a repair could be an option, however my recommendation if it is just the incident SLA definitions you require would be to login to a PDI (Personal Development Instance) and simply export the definitions by exporting the xml and importing them into your instance.

This will ensure the sys_id's etc remain the same as OOB and not inadvertently affect any other components or changes that may have been implemented on your system.

Hi @Narmadha PR ,

SLA configurations is more according to process than some OOTB solutions. Why not just configure the SLA according to business agreement?
