SNOW integration with Salesforce

Hi Community, i have to work on the task. When snow incident or SCTASK raises to activate or deactivate the user in salesforce, now the team is doing it manually. Now i have to automate this task using integrationhub and i need assistance for doing this task end to end. Did i have to create catalog item or just by using flow designer can i do this? No proper requirement from my architect just informed this and totally i have to plan how to do the task. Can anyone please help me by sharing knowledge. Thank you.

integrations are the most complex things possible, thus if you want to implement one, so many details are needed, your description doesn't provide any details... 

 

It can be achieved in various methods, depending on the details that are not known. If your architect owes you the details then reach out to them to do so. Architect and/or platform owner should have the knowledge to decide how an integration shall be done and also establish contacts with the counterparty in Salesforce.

 

Unsolicited advice: it's not SNOW, rather go with ServiceNow, Now or SN, but never SNOW ;))
