SNOW Software integration with ServiceNow

Hi,

 

I have completed the integration for the SNOW software with ServiceNow. The instance receiving datas from SNOW tool. But few records, devices are missing. What is the reason for this and how can i solve this

Can you provide more information? What are you sending, what are you missing? What is the difference between complete and incomplete data?
