Some users not able to see "major incident" logo

Hi All,
Some users not able to see "Major incident" logo, when they open they open the incident.
I did search for ACL's , client scripts and UI policies but no roles are associated.
How to fix this?

Hi,
That logo is not out of box and would be a custom style, most likely.
You'd need to check for your styles and perhaps review any stories related to past development on the Incident form for more information as to what was custom done.
