Assignment delegates not working

Hi All,

 

The Assignment Delegate that is been set up for the user "Noreddine" isn't working

In Noreddine's profile the delegate is set up as "Christophe" from 26th July to 26th August as per the below image.

But still the RITM approval  and task assignment  got assigned to "Noreddine".

The request was opened on 8th August and the task was opened on 9th of August.

How to fix the issue?

Hello @phr 

The approval and email, etc. still goes to that user, but it will ALSO go to their delegate. As you can see in the screenshot the other user "Christophe" is also listed there.

Hi @phr y,

 

Assignment still be with the actual user however Delegate user can view and take action on them (it would also send an email notification to the user regaring task assignment)
